Kim Condurso is a retired, award-winning N.J. educator with nearly three decades of classroom and leadership experience in K–12 education including instruction as a AP/Honors chemistry teacher and as a district-wide curriculum specialist. She is a trained and certified SEL facilitator equipped to lead mindfulness, wellness and emotional regulation programs for diverse audiences. Throughout her career, Kim witnessed a rising tide of physical and emotional challenges affecting students, staff, and families. In 2024, she founded Good Vibe Nation to support the well-being of school communities through a unique blend of science, practical wellness strategies, and heart.
A former Burlington County Teacher of the Year, N.J. State Teacher of the Year Finalist, a graduate of MIT's Science & Engineering Summer Program for teachers, and a UBD trained curriculum specialist, Kim left a thriving career—not because she wanted to, but because she felt deeply called and inspired to serve school communities in a new way. Blending her passion for science, education and wellness, Kim now serves as an ambassador for healthy living as she offers uplifting resources and support to school communities specializing in emotional well-being, resilence, and positive mindset cultivation.
She is an experienced professional development provider with decades of delivering workshops, trainings, keynote preenations and instructional coaching. Her educational events aim to teach schools and the community about various factors that are preventing us from being our best selves and she does this all with her trademark “science twist”. From the science behind emotions and thoughts, to creating harmony in our heart and mind, Kim encourages her audience to take the necessary steps to “raise their vibration” bringing each one of them closer to their optimal state of well-being. Her teacher “vibe” still runs strong as she wishes to help support the social and emotional well-being of students, staff and communities associated with school districts across N.J. and beyond.
