Every presentation offered by Good Vibe Nation is rooted in real science and is designed to educate, inspire, and transform.

What if the most powerful tool for transforming your school culture was already inside every single person in your building and nobody had ever taught them how to use it?
Educators are among the most dedicated, compassionate, and resilient professionals on the planet. They are also among the most stressed, depleted, and emotionally overextended. And while schools invest heavily in curriculum, technology, and instructional strategies, one critical area remains almost entirely unaddressed: the science of the human beings delivering the education.
Good Vibes Only is a one-of-a-kind keynote experience that brings cutting-edge research in neuroscience, heart-brain coherence, and emotional intelligence into the room in a way that makes the complex feel accessible, the familiar feel new, and the science of resilience feel deeply personal. Through an exploration of how thoughts, emotions, and beliefs create measurable biological events that shape health, relationships, and performance, educators discover for the first time the science behind why they feel the way they feel, how it affects others and more importantly, what they can actually do about it.
The centerpiece of this experience is a live heart-brain coherence demonstration , a real-time look at how intentional shifts in emotional state produce immediate, visible changes in the body's physiology. It is the moment that stops a room cold. The moment when invisible processes such as stress, calm, and the shift between them, become visible in real time. And the moment that changes the way educators see themselves, their students, and each other.
Because a rewired educator doesn't just feel better. They teach differently. They lead differently. They connect differently. And that ripple effect reaches every single student who walks through their door.

What if calm isn't simply a feeling, but a physiological state that can be seen, measured, and trained? The Science of Calm takes participants inside the science of stress, the autonomic nervous system, and heart-brain communication to explore what is actually happening in the body when we move from stress toward greater regulation. Through an engaging combination of neuroscience, HRV biofeedback, and live physiological demonstrations, participants discover how emotional states influence the body's patterns and how intentional practices can help shift those patterns. Rather than simply talking about stress management, this workshop makes self-regulation visible and gives participants an opportunity to experience the science for themselves.

Every educator has been told to “think positive,” but few have been shown the science behind how our thoughts, emotions, and patterns of thinking can influence the way we experience the world and respond to challenges. Wired for Wellness takes a deeper look at the biology of mindset, exploring how our experiences shape patterns of thought, emotion, attention, and behavior and how those patterns can influence our everyday performance and well-being. Drawing on neuroscience, research on stress and emotion, and emerging research on the relationship between the brain, heart, and nervous system, this workshop moves beyond the idea that mindset is simply a matter of willpower. Participants gain a practical framework for recognizing their own patterns and learn evidence-informed strategies for intentionally shifting attention, responding to stress, and building more helpful patterns over time.

School culture isn't built through policy, it's built through people. And science now tells us that the quality of human connection within a building is not just a social phenomenon; it is a measurable, biological one. The Inter "Net" of Humanity takes educators on a fascinating journey into the scientific world of human connection, examining how emotions, attention, stress responses, and social interactions can shape the experience of the people around us. The workshop brings these ideas back to the classroom, helping educators recognize how their own emotional state and responses can contribute to the emotional climate of a learning environment. Participants leave with practical strategies for becoming more intentional about the way they show up, strengthening connection and trust, and creating classroom and school environments where people feel safe, supported, and ready to engage.

Educators are asked to manage not only their own emotional landscape but the emotional climate of an entire classroom, often under significant stress and with little formal training in how emotions actually work. This workshop takes a scientific deep dive into the nature of emotions: what they are, what purpose they serve, how they are transmitted between people, and most importantly, how to regulate them before they regulate you. Drawing on heart-brain coherence research and the neuroscience of emotional intelligence, participants will walk away with a genuine understanding of the emotional body and practical techniques for achieving greater calm, clarity, and connection in the classroom and beyond. Because an educator who understands their own emotions doesn't just manage their classroom better, they transform it. What participants walk away with:

Can something as simple as gratitude actually change what’s happening in your body? In this engaging presentation, participants explore the science of gratitude through the lens of the brain, heart, and nervous system. They’ll discover how emotional states can influence physiology, why appreciation may be more powerful than we realize, and how intentional practices can help shift the way we respond to everyday stress. Participants leave with practical strategies for turning gratitude from an occasional feeling into a sustainable practice.

Every adopted or fostered child carries a story that began before they ever walked into your classroom, one that includes loss, even when it also includes love. As the mother of two adopted sons, I've spent years learning what current research on attachment and identity confirms: children who join their families through adoption or foster care often navigate big feelings such as rejection, abandonment, and a shifting sense of identity that can look, on the surface, like "behavior problems" but are really signs of a much deeper story.
This presentation gives educators a window into the real, lifelong journey of the adoptee, including what's often called the "adoption awakening," the moment (sometimes in childhood, sometimes much later) when a child begins to fully grasp the loss of a birth family they may never have known. Participants leave with practical, compassionate strategies for recognizing these dynamics and responding with insight instead of misinterpretation, helping adopted and foster children feel truly seen, not just accommodated.
Format: Formal Presentation
Ideal Length: 60 minutes
Target Audience: Counselors, CST, Teachers and Administration
